If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll be happy to make the changes or cancel it. However, if it has already been processed, we won’t be able to make any modifications, especially since most of our products are personalized.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Since most of the products on our website are customized, delivery times may vary. Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you'll receive a WhatsApp notification with the estimated delivery time and tracking ID.

For some products, we have a character limit due to limited space for personalization. The final appearance may vary based on the length of the name or text entered.

Can I Change The Personalization Details Once I’ve Placed An Order?

Since I’m Personalizing My Product, Can I Modify The Design / Color / Pattern To Fit My Preferences?

If you receive a damaged item, please email us a picture of the damage within 1 day at support@fizzye.com, including your order or invoice number. We will respond within 24 hours with guidance on whether you need to return the product or if we will send a replacement.
